Trinh Ha Linh
Linh is a graduate of the Yong Siew Conservatory of Music, having studied under the tutelage of Ng Pei-Sian. She has performed in master-classes with Markus Stocker, Mats Rodin, Kerstin Feltz, Rhonda Rider, David Takeno, and Inbal Megiddo.
In 2011, Linh was accepted into the Asian Youth Orchestra, which performed throughout Asia in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Japan. Today, she performs regularly with local ensembles such as the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra, the Philharmonic Orchestra Singapore, the Orchestra of Music Makers and the Musicians’ Initiative orchestra. Linh is also one of the founding members of Bossa Celli, Singapore’s premier cello quartet.
With almost 10 years of teaching experience, Linh is an avid teacher who dedicates herself to her students. Before joining the Forte Musicademy strings faculty, Linh has been a cello mentor for the Singapore National Youth orchestra (2012), and has also taught cello at Juzmusic and Aureus Music school from 2013-2018. Her teaching experience also includes working as cello instructor and strings ensemble conductor at Dulwich College Singapore, German-European school, Raffles Institution and Methodist Girls School.
